Did you remove it from your mods folder when you added the fg.deobf to your build.gradle?

You don't run the universal anymore (since 1.13), run the file that just says "Forge" and the version. This is all assuming you downloaded and ran the installer. If you only downloaded the universal, delete it and use the installer instead.

Try deleting this folder: C:\Users\Asus\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\libraries\net\minecraftforge\installertools\1.1.4\ and trying again
