    That looks like a Twitch CDN issue, the only thing I can recommend is trying the steps in my signature to bypass Twitch. Beyond that you're using 1.12.2 which we don't support anymore.

    That's not debug.log, but at least it gives an idea of what's going on. Have you made any config changes? If not then delete your config folder and let the game generate the defaults.

    This could be a case of you had already installed 1.14 in the past and had the necessary files already downloaded, has anything changed?

    Does the fact you're using the Mojang launcher mean you bought the game and stopped pirating it?
