It should be in the same folder as the installer, and have the installer's name but with a .jar.log instead of just .jar Unless you have Windows set to hide file extensions, then it will appear with .jar

This is actually rather simple, Block implements IForgeBlock, check out the methods that IForgeBlock adds that you can override.

I would say that, for lack of a better place, General Discussion would work, but I'm not the one who decides on new sections. Also I can't say opinions on the Forums itself is a common request so I'm not sure a brand new section would be worth the effort.

Where did you get your Java installer?

Evidently Comcast is doing the same thing to some of their customers, though curiously not all. In the case of Comcast you can apparently try the non-SSL site and hopefully get their threat page that will let you accept the risk and continue to the site.

Using MCreator is not something that is good. Learn Java and mod properly. Did you know that everything you make with MCreator belongs to them? It's in their license.

You appear to be using OpenJ9, which is not supported by Forge. Get HotSpot.

This is a known issue and a fix is in the works

The extracted MDK folder is considered your mod workspace, you don't move anything out of it, just open Eclipse, Import, Import Existing Gradle Project, select your mod workspace (not your Eclipse workspace, which is more of a user settings folder than a workspace), click next, and Eclipse will scan the folder for Gradle project files, it should find the build.gradle provided by the MDK.
