  1. Coremods threaten compatibility between mods because they change Minecraft's code directly, making changes to an environment that mods expect to be set up a certain way.

    If you are coremodding for the sake of coremodding, STOP.

    What do you need to coremod for, usually Forge already has a helper for it.

  2. We can't really help you without something to go on.

    Is this an error being printed to the console or does a block not look correct?

    If it's in the console please read the logs section of my signature, if it is a block then post a screenshot and give what information you can about the block.
