Some zip managers like to take control of the .jar file extension away from Java. Make sure you have Java installed and try running Jarfix once, then try the installer again.

If you installed the server with the Forge installer all you need to do is run the Forge jar rather than the Vanilla one

The same thing with refinedstorageaddons-server.toml. Have you made any config changes? Is this a pre-made modpack?

Delete serverconfig/valhelsia_tweaks-server.toml from the save and try again

@PacketNarc please stop making posts like this, that has nothing whatsoever to do with the issue they had.

Seems to be an issue with CraftPresence, check for updates and report the bug if there isn't one or the update doesn't fix it.

The client log you provided shows no mods being loaded, how did you install the pack on your client?

This is either a bug in a mod, or you installed mods that won't work with your current version of Minecraft. Note that mods are rarely ever compatible with multiple versions of Minecraft.
