Are you referring to EssentialsX? Are you referring to a mod or a server plugin?

That's what happens when you try to run that command with PowerShell, you need to use CMD. (You can run CMD inside a PowerShell window by typing cmd)

This is an old thread, if you have issues please make your own thread, preferably with logs and/or screenshots.

Could you share your fml_junk_earlystartup.log (I think that's the name of it)? And please use pastebin.

Anything you need to be called on one side or the other, but not both, is what you put in the proxy. For the "wrong" side you can just leave the method empty so it does nothing, just make sure you are also not importing any classes from the wrong side.

If you haven't done anything try deleting the .gradle folders from your workspace and C:\Users\<Your Username>\ I'll be honest I'm taking a stab in the dark here, hoping that forcing a re-download of everything might help.

The only thing I see that I think may cause issues is the Etag things at the top since everything else appears default, how many times have you tried this?

How did you install forge?

Could you share your build.gradle and show the result of running that command with the --stacktrace option like it suggests?

Device Mod Apps hides its core in the mods/1.12.2 folder, you'll want to remove that.

Device Mod Apps can't find MrCrayfish's Device mod. Strange as I can see Forge examining what should be it just a moment earlier.

Please provide your debug.log file, its location and the preferred method of providing it are described in my signature.

Could you please upload a screenshot showing the settings for your launcher profile and another showing your C:/Program Files (x86)\Minecraft\runtime\jre-x64\1.8.0_25\bin\ folder in Windows Explorer?
