Ok, how reliant are you on a pretty interface, could you make do with a command line interface?

I can't confirm this but I'm seeing a lot of people reporting this, how are you launching the server, double clicking or with a bat or sh script?

What does it say below the warning, because incremental CMS is NOT the cause. Woah woah woah wait... String Proxy? You need to re-read the Forge Docs.

Did you install java yourself or did you just install the Minecraft Launcher and it worked out of the box?

The server jar needs to be all lowercase and once again you need to use Java 8, not just have it installed, if you have any other versions of Java that your computer might be trying to use instead you need to use the full path to the Java binary rather than just “Java”

How are you launching the server? Are you sure you aren't accidentally running 2 at the same time? Please don't modify logs before sending them.

According to the log something else is already running on port 25565, are you sure you don't already have a server open?

The middle one I am familiar with, it just means that you're not using a terminal that supports pretty coloring. I'm not as familiar with the other two, but if you're using Multicraft or otherwise running the server without the built-in server GUI the third one shouldn't be any issue. The first one I've never seen before but I think it's from Multicraft.

Try deleting the libraries folder and running the installer again

When you say updating the library folder do you mean you changed the files manually or did you run the Forge installer again?

Not automatically, to update your fork you would need to pull from the original repo then push to your fork.

cfm is crayfish's furniture mod, which I think I see in your mods folder (I think). It's possible that furniture mod registers its mirror entity differently depending on the server type, though I cannot confirm this nor do I know of a mod that is confirmed to do this.
