Take off the .js and it works, it's an embed code Seeing a lot of warnings regarding your items and blocks being registered with the "tutorial" prefix as opposed to your mod id of "tutorialmod", and other warnings that I believe share this root issue. I see you're using some sort of ItemBase, which is frowned upon. Which tutorial are you following?

You're starting a vanilla server there... if you want to run a Forge server you need to run the Forge jar
-
How are you starting the server? Using what file?
-
You still have more waterlogging installed and autumnity requires abnormals core, remove them

I'm afraid there's only so much I can do when I can't look into your network setup myself. As long as your ports are forwarded, your firewall is allowing packets incoming and outgoing on 25565 (and you haven't set the server to use a different port) you should be good.
-
You haven't done anything like setting the IP in server.properties, have you? That should be left blank
-
Is your firewall set to let Java through?
-
Your router didn't reset or anything, right?
-
Do you have a static IP? That's typically a service you have to pay extra for nowadays.
-
Did you do the port forwarding procedure with your router? Are you sure you did it correctly?
