Cauldron user, go to cauldron support.

Use the LATEST forge.

To install optifine with forge simply place optifine in your mods folder. You DO NOT need to patch the jar.

Probably installed some antique shit that needs to go in the jar and is screwing things up.

This is usually caused by CB's deploader NOT removing old versions when installing new ones u.u

Check your keyboard settings, if need be go to Controls.. and rebind some keys. Not a forge issue.

Try upgrading FMP to something above 1.0.0.245.

Try running vanilla 1.6.4. If it happens too, it's most likely the launcher, doing validation of game files and replacing the corrupt ones.

Did you upload the libraries folder that the installer spits out?
