you can't actually do that, because getGui returns a Screen, which is client side and the client doesn't know the inventory unless the client is looking at the inventory you will need the menu (container) which is server side what do you tried to achieve?

you should look at optifine not forge

The log you get when running the game (after the crash), but it's irrelevant you should look for a compatible optifine version for forge

that could be, look at the vanilla Tree Features, vanilla change the world gen system from 1.16.1 to 1.16.2, thats why you can't use code from 1.16.2+ I would also recommend you to use a newer version (1.16.5 in the best case)
