In the server.properties, set max-tick-time to -1 If there are no changes or further issues, backup the world and make a test without iceandfire

Maybe an issue with atlantis, friendsandfoes, modid a_man_with_plushies or luminousworld Remove these one by one

Client and server modpack are not matching - maybe switch to a pre-configured modpack from curseforge - most of these already have a server pack Use such a modpack as working base

Get a custom Launcher like FTB App, MultiMC or AT Launcher - search for a modpack and install it
