Forge 4.0.0.2.4 FML window help

Ok i properly installed forge(Well I think I did) and decided to run forge but when I started up minecraft

this mesage pops up saying "FML is setting up your minecraft expernice 'please wait FML has some tasks before you can start playing'" and it stays at 0%.I waited 10 mins,still not even a single % was loaded!

So i left my computer on for about 0 mins and still not a single % still!IT makes want to say FML!(Well my life is pretty good actually )so yeah is there a fix or something.Please help.

There is no 4.0.0.2.4 version of Forge, please do not give incorrect information.

But regardless, make sure that you have the latest, at least 4.0.0.231.

i did that but it still wont work!

the fml thing still pops up and still stays at 0

Isnt the log file in the .minecraft folder,

well it not there?

 

I also downloaded it as universal

should i have used src?
