Ok, only one problem at a time now...

Did deleting ForgeModLoader-client-0.log work?

There's an EAQ for a reason. Read it!

This is indeed frustrating. Have you tried using a launcher like MultiMC?

You click the little file with a star (top-left), type in a name, click "Edit Mods" on the right, drag in minecraftforge-universal-6.0.1.355.zip, click "Close"

That's how you would set up MultiMC. To install most mods, first click "Edit Mods."

If the mod goes in the jar, open the "Jar Mods" tab and drag them in.

If the mod goes in the mods folder, open the "Mods Folder" tab and drag them in there.

To start up Minecraft, click "Play."

Okay.... I am having the same problem, but all I get is this screen (see attachment) when I click the star. No "Add Mods" area.

1) quit fucking double posting

2) The issue is simple you keep fucking up the simple instructions of 'put all the shit from Forge's zip into minecraft.jar'

We can't hold your hand for a basic drap & drop. Its basic computers 101.

Install Forge correctly, and fully, and you'll be fine.

Locked because there is nothing more to add.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
