I have my username and password inserted into the program arguments so I can get my skin and username in game, but whenever I try and open a new minecraft window after recently closing one it will tell me the following

Process finished with exit code 1

and won't open. It never does this if I wait for a second before opening up a new window.

I am using Intellij IDEA and running on Linux. Any ideas?

Don't PM me with questions. They will be ignored! Make a thread on the appropriate board for support.

1.7.10 and older versions of Minecraft are no longer supported due to it's age! Update to the latest version for support.

I am completely certain that my login details are correct, since when it does open succesfully, I have my in game name, skin etc.

I've had this happen when I run a dev project twice consecutively. It would seem if you log in/out too quickly, it thinks you're already logged in and will not allow a second login. At least, this is my guess, considering if I wait ~30 secs, it will accept my credentials again.

Do you know of any way to fix it? It's not really something gamebreaking but if I'm changing a single value to really make it detailed it's quite annoying to have to wait ~30 seconds even though I changed a single number...

Run in debug mode. Code changes that are trivial are recompiled and injected into the still-running JVM.

Apparently I'm a complete and utter jerk and come to this forum just like to make fun of people, be confrontational, and make your personal life miserable.  If you think this is the case, JUST REPORT ME.  Otherwise you're just going to get reported when you reply to my posts and point it out, because odds are, I was trying to be nice.

DO NOT PM ME WITH PROBLEMS. No help will be given.
