@SideOnly will not magically make sided code run on the wrong side, it will cause the game to crash with NoClassDefFound.

You need to do more reading on the concept of Sides, also please look at the lists in this thread: Most of the issues mentioned in that thread come from people inheriting the bad habits of people who make YouTube videos about how to mod.

Know that you will not get support here if you are developing for 1.7.10

For most methods you will have to use your IDE and browse through the Forge and Minecraft sources.

Don't rename things. Try to find where Java 8 is installed and use that instead of just "java".

Java 9, 10, and 11 are things... What are the contents of startforge.command? How did you install Forge? Did you rename anything?

Could you post it as a GitHub repo? Easier to help when we can do a quick git clone and view it in an IDE

Exactly how did you get here without knowing what Forge is? Vanilla is just Minecraft without any mods.

That doesn't look like you're running Forge, we don't provide support for vanilla.

Now we have the original problem, you added mods that were created after the original pack was made, some of these mods require a newer Forge version than the one the pack originally shipped with. In other words the issue isn’t “Forge is missing”, it’s “I need a different version of Forge”
