(Aside) Why, why do some mod devs use such un-descriptive mod ids and filenames?
Try getting a fresh download of device mod apps, the jar may be corrupted.
Unfortunately that's not something that can be pinned down to a specific mod as easily as a hard crash, most often I've seen this from people who don't quite understand how heavy Modded Minecraft can be on a PC.
What kind of a setup/build do you have?
That isn't showing anything indicative of a crash.
When you say crash do you mean the launcher comes up saying the game crashed or does the game just freeze?
If the launcher says the game crashed please read the logs section of my signature or the EAQ (pinned at the top of the subforum) and post the appropriate log.
I'm afraid there isn't anything helpful in this log, and unless Minecraft itself never opens there will always be a log of some kind in the logs folder.
If you're running Forge there will be a debug.log in addition to the Vanilla latest.log
