Where are you getting Forge?

I can't confirm this works, but when it comes to twitch I often find going into Curse\Minecraft\Install and deleting the libraries and versions folders often fix issues with corrupted files, since it forces Twitch to re-download them.

Those are all 1.7.10 mods and your log shows 1.12.2 trying to start, mods are not compatible across Minecraft versions. Also 1.7.10 is no longer supported on this forum due to its age, if you want further support please use 1.12.2.

This looks like Minecraft wasn't installed properly, it appears to be missing a library.

What do you mean when you say Forge isn't loading correctly?

What launcher are you using?

Is there a reason you're not using the native launcher?

Did you put the mods in the server's mods folder?

Please don't auto-DL Forge. Ads are the main source of upkeep for the project and are what keep the servers running. If you want to see the ads go away consider pledging to Lex's patreon (the only goal at this time is the removal of ads).

Delete the libraries folder and rerun the installer. If that doesn't work provide the installer log.

I don't see this issue on my end, and even if I did it would be a Twitch issue. How are you updating the profile?
