Delete C:\Users\lexan\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\saves\World #9593-IW19\serverconfig\goprone-server.toml and let it regenerate. In addition, smooth scrolling everywhere is horribly broken, remove it.

No that's the latest.log, not the debug.log

Not really, the flatDir is just a fake maven so fg.deobf works correctly

Ok, restart your launcher and try to launch 1.16, then close your launcher and do not open it again. Provide launcher_log.txt from .minecraft

Astral Sorcery's pom specifies a mapped Forge version, which may be causing issues. Try downloading the mod and using it from a FlatDir instead.
