What do you mean lts? If you mean latest, no you're not and the latest version's changelog specifically says it fixes a startup crash, and that's not typically what LTS means.

I was asking if you had used the installer or assembled the files yourself, which is not recommended. Are you sure the installation process was completed before you attempted to start the server?
