Exactly how do you think this would work? Are you expecting both events to fire at the same time?

You shouldn't set the ip, if the server is local you should be connecting to it with "localhost". This error means you probably have another server running on the same port, whether it's announcing its presence or not

Where did you get Mekanism?
Who told you to set _JAVA_OPTIONS? and that message about memory is more likely to mean that you have 32-Bit Java installed rather than 64-Bit
