Unfortunately, you lack the patience to simply WAIT. There have been major changes in 1.3, not just to Minecraft itself, but to Forge as well. The modders are working hard on it, but they seek your cooperation to WAIT and it will come. Promise. Having dabbled in modding, I can say it's not easy. And also, no one's stopping you from using MCNostalgia to backdate to 1.2.5.

I smell an incompatiblilty. And you don't have to yell.

Pull a hook to Forge or FML, then make your mod use that hook.

He's probably referring to SSP, but due to the internal server, you're probably right.

Only install Forge.

Get 7zip and the Forge universal package, open minecraft_server.jar and drag the contents of the universal zip into the jar.

Goodness, CCL IS NOT AN ALTERNATIVE MODLOADER! CCL just serves as a more dynamic way to load mods from the file system, and still depends on Forge/FML at the end of the day. It does not have anything most modders would want. Just use FML.

Inject your .info into the jar, if not recompile, reobfuscate and inject all your files into a proper minecraft installation.

A) You're not supposed to use Forge with 1.3.1. B) Bad install. Something happened to the net folder. Try using MultiMC.
