It sounds like you interrupted a mapping download. Try this in Powershell: Remove-Item -Recurse -Path "$Env:USERPROFILE/.gradle/caches/forge_gradle/maven_downloader/de/oceanlabs/mcp/mcp_snapshot/20200223-1.15.1" This will delete the cached mapping zip (which is apparently corrupted) and its hash.

It depends on the errors, when you say you updated Forge did you update Minecraft versions as well?

That explains it. WinRAR is naughty and steals the .jar file extension from Java. Try running this once and then try double clicking the jar.

Just add the extra sourceSet to the run in your build.gradle

If you insist this persists on supported versions, please do the following: Show logs from a supported version. Shut down the server properly instead of just killing the process.

Who is your internet provider?

Do you have anything adding keys or buttons, like a gamepad, controller, or joystick? If so, try unplugging it/them, if not, please provide your debug.log using one of the sites linked in my signature below
