Y'know, you don't have to pay people. Just do your research, and then make a topic in this board. And there are some IRC channels out there, #universalelectricity is not too crowded (yet ) and usually has somebody who knows how to do stuff on hand. Forge supports HD textures up to 128x by default. No need for extra code.

This would require base edits. But I like the idea.

If you ever post errors, post the log files, not just what you get. Sometimes FML doesnt print the "real" crash report.

I know RailCraft does this with the Track. But yeah, the ore dict is better than just plain overwriting other people's stuff.
