Optifine must be specifically designed to run with Forge to run with Forge. Unless your hack client is designed to run with Forge it will not be able to run with Forge.

What’s MCModinstaller? If you could update to the latest version you should get a debug.log now.

Launcher Profiles are how you separate versions (and modpacks). Note that once there is a Forge Profile the installer will not create another profile, it will just add its version as a Minecraft version that a profile can use.

"I have the same issue" doesn't work around here, even if you do have the same issue more often than not it is a case of same symptoms different cause, so we ask that people not piggyback their issues as a general rule.

You're not running Java 8, you may have it installed but your computer is trying to use a different version.

Are you using the Forge MDK?

Use Launcher Profiles instead. This has been discussed elsewhere and features such as launcher profiles supersede it.

What do you see under "External Libraries" and what do you see in the Gradle Panel?
