As for your bitching about the EAQ, sorry you don't feel like reading, but it's there to address simple things such as telling people to POST THERE LOG FILES. So that we don't have to do it over and over again -.-

Most likely something corrupted your world. We can't tell anything beyond that without having a log.

Not trying to sound like a dick but to give some illustration to your request i'm going to use a little hyperbole. "I want your program to do the thingy with the stuff and the doohickey" "What?" "I want thingies!" You need to be more specific, "Light API" is very broad, we expose and expand upon A LOT of light related things in Minecraft.

There is no plans for anything like this. However, with 1.7, servers can specify some rather useful information in there server info, so providing that there would be the way to go.

Developing mods for 1.7 java will alienate roughly 1/2 of the minecraft community. I advise against it. However, as luacs says, this python is the old methods, and as such is not supported.

The installer puts those files in there. They are not downloadable. So as long as you used the installer then it'll be put in place.

Why did you put a non-java file in your java code? Think about it. Where do non-java files go?

What antivirus do you have? Some seem to be killing the networking in 1.7.

Actually no, Unless some mod is explicitly removing the file name... 'SourceFile' is what Mojang's obfuscation sets it to. He has a mod somewhere that is using a id > 127 thus being negative and can't be looked up.

Ya, dunno what to tell you, that folder you're looking at is not the folder that the server is running in. It can't find the file.

Kill your .gradle folder in your home directory and try having ti download again, seems your internet derped and corrupted something. Else you can install gradle manually.

Please actually post logs from both ends of the connection. Testing locally works fine.

Sadly, we can't really tell you anything about this error as the log just tells us you have a TON of mods and one or more of them add a entity using old ModLoader/Vanilla mechnics over the ID range that vanilla allows. Only bet is to start kicking off mods untill you figure it out.

We do not support the old python method of modding. You have to use the gradle system from 964

Hasn't been reported to my knowledge and i dont think we touch anything related to it, also screenshots are required for visual issues.
