  1. I'm on 1.20.1 and was wondering if there was a way to add a mob I am going to make to a other mod's biome (Regions Unexplored in this case). I am trying to figure this out before I start coding the mod. Could someone point me to a good guide on this? I saw some things about biome modifier's but all the resources are either to short, unhelpful or for a different version. Thanks in advance. (i am a beginner but i have java and modding knowledge so this isn't like a "i am new and don't know anything about coding" problem btw)

  3. Hello, I'm creating a mod that adds a dimension and some biomes for it. Do I need Terrablender to create these biomes if I want them to appear only in my custom dimension?
  4. Hello there! I am trying to make custom dimensions for a modpack I am making in an older minecraft version, 1.16.5. I like that version and it has a few other mods that have not been updated that I would still like to use. Anyway, I am having a terrible time with getting my dimension to work and have tried using code from other peoples projects to at least figure out what I'm supposed to be doing but it has not been as helpful as I would have liked. If anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated! Here is my github with all the code as I am using it: https://github.com/BladeColdsteel/InvigoratedDimensionsMod I have also included the last log, https://pastebin.com/zX9vsDSq, I had when I tried to load up a world, let me know if there is anything else I should send though, thank you!
  5. Hi, I have tried to make biome tags for custom biomes, however when the ModBiomeTagProvider runs, it throws an error saying: “could not create tag tagname because it is missing the following references: biomename”. I used the normal way you register tags, extending ForgeBiomeTagProvider. Thank you in advance.
  6. When I create a new world, after having configured the new biome using Citadel's ExpandedBiomes, it is not generated. I have decided to take the map code from Alex Caves, just for testing purposes, then I will delete it. This map can't find it either. But, in locate the biome appears, even if it cannot be found and when generating a world with a single biome, I can choose the biome and it "generates" it. I don't know where I could have made a mistake. Github repository Any help is welcome. Thank you all in advance, for helping or taking the time to read.
  7. I have been practicing modding minecraft, and I needed to make a pine forest biome, but my game crashes whenever I try to either load into, or generate, a world. I have no idea why. I will upload my crash report and pine_forest.json files. I do have some java knowledge, but I am still fairly out of my depth here. Here is the tutorial I used: Forge Modding Tutorial - Minecraft 1.20.1: CUSTOM BIOMES | #43
